Oh man, please don't say "tubulars". I am trying so hard to resist. Not this bike, another one. But it is worth a 1/2 lb off my already very light clinchers and could get the showroom weight of my CF bike into the 12s. Trouble is, I hate them. I keep thinking of the old joke about the two happiest days of your life, the day you buy a boat, and the day you sell it. Back in the '80s that was my experience with tubulars. But the Force is strong with them and I am being pulled once again to the dark side.

You are right. I resisted them for a year and just got some enve's. I have to admit i take them for races only where if i flat then i'm done but so far so good.
I commute from Katy to Elridge so i'm always on george bush either 7am or 5pm
