I want a velo orange tall stack stem, but it appears they'll be out of stock for 4-5 months. I will pay for a brand new stem (or other component but this is a stem swap thread) of your choice (same price range) if you have one you'd part with.

a little off-topic, but close enough for me:
Have:
410mm thomson setback elite seat post / Black / Setback / 27.2 mm
Want:
thomson elite seat post / black / 31.6 mm
( setback or straight / 410 or 367 mm will be considered).
I may need to consider more besides these, depending on what is out there.
Other possible trades for this thomson would be considered too, including:
Deda Newton OS deep drop handlebar 46 o-o.
Basically have a new frame so the seat post needs to be swapped to fit. I really like the thomson, but I already have one on my other bike. Take a week or two here before I go out to buy one.

Have: RaceFace Revolution 31.8 x 1 1/8 100mm x 6
Want: Same dimensions except 80mm length in like quality
The raceface has been installed once but not used. Very lightly deburred inside of stem clamp for use with carbon steerer.

Want: Something of similar quality, black, 70mm, 31.8mm clamp
A Ritchey WCS 4-axis would be awesome, but I know it's worth more than what I have.
