My shoes and pedals are now one piece of equipment.

After 8 stop lights I had octagonal tires.

My jersey came off like a Fruit Rollup.

Stopping is now brake arms pinching rubber coated rims.

Amazingly, this works really well. I got the same advice from a runner and incorporated it into my running and bicycling. Just look far enough ahead so you can avoid obstacles.

I'm coming from the northeastern part of Valley Center. Broadway @ Cougar Pass is further west with a hill on Mirar De Valle Road that has got to be 30% grade (no kidding). ...

For the San Diego riders that frequent Daley Ranch in Valley Center.

I live closer to the northern edge of Daley Ranch and have twice tried to find these entrances that I see others have taken...

I never thought of this as a cool idea. Someone at worked commented on how clever it was. I call it the Poor Man's Space Bag.

Materials:

A trash bag
A twist tie

Lay the trash bag out flat...

Howdy all.

Just wondering what are, or were, the hardest climbs on your ride. Mine:

Northbound Black Mountain Road as you approach the 56 because it's near the end of my 28 mile ride to work....
