What to do?

I have a 1973 Peugeot that I stripped the shifters and derailers from and removed one of the chainrings. I've been riding it as a ghetto singlespeed for a while but i went drunk riding this weekend...

I have specialized armadillo elites on my beater SS bike and conti gatorskins on my roadie. Both are 700x23c.

The armadillos are very stiff but I have never had a flat in roughly 1000 miles. ...
