I certainly does not have wrap over seat stays, and there are no numbers stamped on the BB, only the word "Champion".

How would one go about "facing" a BB? I assume it helps with the chipping (It is chipping profusely at the BB).

Ah, cool, frame brothers... The fork is stamped "Jian Sheng" on the steerer. Did yours come with a similar fork? Do you have any photos? Where was it purchased?

Haha... pretty much. They bought the bike for it's parts and sold me the frame. Although they offered me the wheels, I just couldn't afford them.

The BB size is English, and the seat post size is 27.0, I can post a picture of the track/fork ends. I am ignorant as far as bridge and steerer rifling go. What are they? And how do I check for them...
