Sella anatomica x is what finally found that worked,i sit very upright and did 46 miles for my longest ride so far and i had no rear pain at all.

Sorry should have got back sooner,went on the first ride sat and i like these shifters alot,they are smoother than the DS,i was worried i would have trouble shifting with them due to the smaller size...

Anything that keeps my calves stretched,if they start getting tights i am in trouble...putting the ball of my foot on a step and my heell on the floor and stretching that way gives me some relieve.

not sure a full suspension will work for me yet,still a little too big and I don't see a lot of jumps in my future,more forestry type routes with a few MTB routes thrown...

Just did the most mileage ever for me 46 miles on the silver comet

I bit off more than I intended but it all worked out,pretty amazed at the different body parts that hurt(the most mileage before today was24).

I struggled bad today,head wind and slight uphill the first 8 miles kicked my butt,I did manage 14 miles on the MUP here but it was probably the worst I felt since i started riding..
