Old parts, never heard of dynamics as a frame.. Fork is not so hot.. Offer 350 USD. Not sure the conversion.

I have sold 2 bikes on ebay over the years and I have always gotten my minimum price. It is easy quick and rather fun. I would recomend it. Craigslist works well also.

I have a Kona Kula Primo (high end mtb) and I have the Trek 4300 (with the kid seat) the Trek is as stable but not as fast.. The 4300 will treat you very well as a beginner bike. But start saving up...

I have a Kula

I am riding a Kula Primo, a 15 mile trail ride always starts with a 5 mile road ride to the trail head. It is a great bike, very comfortable. I would spend the money on the Kona.

what kind of shoes and pedals? I ended up switching pedals with a very different cleat set up. Worked wonders.
