So, frame now powder coated on the closest to the orange I could get (Ral 901 I think), forks re-chromed and all original parts re-fitted. I know the wheels and tyres are not period, but they get it...

Thanks for your info and guidance, attached are a few pics of the bike as found and partly stripped- Bike was found in a refuse dump, without wheels and pedals, quite rusty, but otherwise complete....
