Thats exactly my frame color and markings (and size). I think that is a little newer than 75, more a 78 or 79. Should be a nice bike when cleaned up.

Sadly I found a small crack forming on the chain stay of my 79 the other day. Had it since new and have put a lot of miles on it. I may be looking for another 25 1/2 inch frame.
