I've been riding a lot less lately and as a result, eating a lot less and now weigh much less than a month ago. Have been keeping fitness alive with shorter trainer workouts.

Cripes...I'm down around 1.5-ish. Eggs at breakfast, chicken at lunch (variable amount), some kind of chicken/turkey at dinner (again, variable amount) and a protein drink (~25g/serving) post ride....

We're all snowflakes (so unique and fragile), but what kind of protein ratios are you taking in? I've been thinking about upping my intake as my training time and intensity has increased.
