Trained cyclists Wanted for Carbohydrate Study
We are currently carrying out research at Birmingham University investigating the effects of different carbohydrates upon cycling performance. We are looking for trained cyclists to participate. By trained cyclists we mean training at least 3 times a week for 2 hours a time and have been involved in endurance training for a least 2 years. The trials will involve an initial VO2 Max test to assess fitness levels, a time trial familizariation session and 3 experiemental trials. Subjects will receive a financial reward for completion of the study, will have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding training and nutrition and will receive valuable information relating to their fitness levels. If you are interested please contact emma clapp at emma_clapp@hotmail.com for further information.
Thank you!!
