Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ravenmore's: Hot. Looks like a great functional race bike. Bars are actually lower than the saddle, which is a plus. I personaly don't like Ksyriums, but still. Nice bike.

Here's my Moots, and here's my next bike (on order, will have in approximately a week). I'll sell the wheels and saddle and put on another Arione and I don't know maybe Reynolds Attack or Assault rims.

since it's giant... with campagnolo, hot or not, on or off, is too drastic. i'd have to do a scale, between 5 and 10 out of a possible 10.

you'd not believe the controversy I've gotten over putting Campy on a Giant. Brilliant ride though - probably the best I've owned.

ps - dig the Ironhorse. Well balanced setup.

It's definitely a lot, but I figure at $3200 for a really nice frame, full Chorus, and a decent spec on everything else, I'm willing to ride a billboard.

On the other hand, I really like the Iron Horse logos (especially on the fork).

If you go to the Moots forum in RBR, there is one with full Record and Lightweights. It's beyond beautiful.

Don't change your setup if you're happy on it, but maybe look into Keo Sprints - easy to use, cheap, and their cleats are easier to walk in. I'd suggest Speedplay but it's a ***** to walk around with those metal cleats.

Still a work in progress - stem gets flipped next week then once I'm fully recovered and flexible again gonna lose some spacers. For now just focus on the frame.
