1967 Raleigh Professional.. is it worth it

I found a near dream bike today. The asking price is low. This is what the seller has siad about it:

"Campagnolo single-piece-cast crank, derailers, front fork bearings and quick release hubs.
Well-aged Weinmann brake gripps with Mafac center pull brakes
Brooks saddle with flush fit seat post and campi quick lock."
He also mentions that it was bulit for The Raleigh Racing Team in the 1968 Olympics, and that it has been stored for 35 years, and has no rust.

The problem is that he says theres a ding on the top tube. My question is: should I consider it, and if so at what price?
Can anyone help me?

get some photos and upload them up to flickr or photobucket. Post images or links here. I have found some sellers are mistaken about the model of their bikes. Good luck to you, any bike meeting the description would be very desirable but value is based on condition, market and presentation.

I'd be all over that like stink on poo. My size and too far away. You better got get it, because someone else will always offer more.

What was "the asking price"? It's been removed.

He removed it cos the dent, or crease. He asked $450 on it. I offered more, and wasnt the only one. You think I should do it then?

It depends on the dent. It's not too bad, but that dent could be a value/ride killer.

With a little patience you should be able to do better than that for $450.
