I'll start-
1 Co2 Pump
2 cartriges
2 ultra-light tubes (I got ultra-light so I could fit two in the same area as one regular tube)
Patch kit
Crank Brothers multi-tool
20 dollar bill
Bandaids

it depends, i have 2 saddle bags, a big one for solo rides and a small one for group rides. if i'm going on a really long ride, like say a century or metric century, i'll bring the big one just in case anything happens... twice...
for solo rides:
2 Bontrager Superlight tubes
4 co2 cartridges
1 inflator
2 tire levers
1 mini tool
1 $20 bill
my cellular phone
for group rides:
1 Bontrager Superlight tube
1 co2 cartridge
1 inflator
2 tire levers
1 $20 bill
i don't bring much with me if i'm riding with other people, because i know everyone's willing to help each other out if anything arises. the only reason i carry a lot with me if i ride by myself is because i usually ride before work, and i don't want to have to tell my boss i was a few hours late because i got 2 flats, and i had to walk X amount of miles in cleats...

The usual, plus a few packets of Flents Wipe N Clear pre-moistened Lens cleansing tissues, for when the Oakleys and Garmin become caked in sweat.

You can purchase a box of 200 packets at Costco for $8.50.

It depends. I don't always carry a saddle bag.

As for the OP: 1 tube, 2 co2, mini tool, 1 pedros tire lever, 1 miniscule co2 inflator, mini chain tool, patch kit, tire boot. In the pockets go road rash kit, some cash, phone, house key, food.

-Crank Brothers multi tool
-CO2 with one cartridge included
-Park Tool self adhesive patches
-tire irons
-cash
-debit card
-driver's license
-cellphone
-keys
-Shot Bloks (on occasion)
I figure if I need anything more than that I just wasn't meant to ride that day and I should just give someone a call to pick me up. Actually, now that I think of it, I'm suprised all that fits in my medium sized saddle bag.

i carry a few of those too, in my E-Pack, along with a few Rice Krispies Treats. you can never have too many RKT's with you...

Fig Newton's are an excellent source of energy, but i prefer the fat free ones, you can find them at Super Stop and Shop...

I use this. Figure it's easier to give contact information using the tag than trying to remember during a concussion (knocking furiously on wood)
