For me, it would probably be "urine", because "coffee" is 6 letters.

I've been signing up for challenges on Strava. Back in June I signed up for a LeCol challenge, and ended up with a $60 discount, so I used it to buy one of their Pro jerseys. I checked the size, and got an XL. It definitely qualifies for the "If it zips, it fits" category - it's snug! Like paint! On the bike it's not a problem, but when I got back on Sunday after wearing it for my long ride, I was sitting there feeling like maybe my breathing was constricted a little - then I unzipped it and it was fine! So, maybe just a bit small. Though, again, it felt fine on the bike. Definitely doesn't flap!
OTOH, Mrs. GeneJockey likes how I look in it, so I'm keeping it!
I used the July challenge discount to buy a long sleeve Pro jersey, but this one I bought in XXL. I figure a base layer might make the XL unzippable!

My latest jersey purchase was dayglo green, so I wouldn't blend into the background. I don't want to give anyone who might knock me down the excuse of saying they didn't see me. Sage green and grey go in direct opposition to that premise. Do you have other means of being seen?

We haven’t even noticed an increase from charging the car.
Or, get the 77” OLED. HDR power consumption is only 210 kWh/1000h

I got a long sleeve jersey with this month's discount in "Saffron". I'd call it orange. Mrs. GJ likes the idea of that color more than the Navy I got the previous month. What I really want is something lighter, without being either lime green or signal orange, but without being too "Maillot Jaune-y", which feels a bit pretentious.

I did get a bit of a burn on my neck. Then I went and got my hair cut, and of course the stylist used the clippers to get rid of my Old Guy Neck Fuzz, the stubble from which is now conspiring with the sunburn to drive me mad.

I get the Old Guy Neck Fuzz, usually an inch long by the time I get a haircut. Also get obnoxiously long ear hair if I don't trim it and Andy Rooney eyebrows.

And that's without even mentioning the nose hair.

I used to try different words, but TEARS is my favorite starter. Then if it misses my second word is MOUND. If TEARS results in just a yellow T, then I go with MOUNT second.

The dew point at 4:30 this morning was 75. Went out back with my coffee and instantly started sticking to myself. Heat index tomorrow could hit 106. But Canadian air is coming to the rescue starting Wednesday.

Of course. It never crossed my mind that folks ride in groups. That is one habit I doubt I'll ever develop

We had our outdoor graduation party for Hannah yesterday afternoon. It was super humid and quite warm. Even so, I do believe a good time was had by all.
