Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? A huge thank you goes out to the eBay seller that had his/her auction on a like new mint condition older version Specialized Phenom 143 saddle end at like 6:20 PM on Christmas Eve. I can afford the $28.99 that I am paying for this.

It is my go to saddle on all of my bikes so far! Still have not seen one of the older ones with the red underbody accents on it like I have on my Felt.

Definitely a good saddle, the power saddle has taken my butt's top spot though as far as road saddle go. I still need to use a saddle with a good amount of nose for MTB climbing though and the phenom goes the job done well.

Red accents as in this one?

I have an older one on my 5010, it's a phenom *expert* with the hollow Ti rails. I bought it new around 2012 FWIW.

Nope. Never seen one like yours before. Here is the underside of mine.

Have seen a few white with the red but never a black with the red. Posted up looking for a regular 143 on a local mtb forum and this girl replies says she has a like mint 143. Sends me a picture of it. I drool. Paypal her the money instantly.

That's a great price. I've paid over $80 for a Morvelo Thermoactive jersey. It's just a warm, comfy jersey, that's all.

Their Hemisphere Gilet is a great product - wind block on the front and open/breathable on the back. I'd get another if they had the colors I want at $41.

SportCrafters OverDrive Pro Rollers | Backcountry.com

Pretty ingenious non-linear resistance built in. Reviews say that it is pretty realistic.

Lifetime warranty too. They don't care if you bought it at a garage sale or if you don't have a receipt. If anything ever fails they send you a new part. Reviews confirm that warranty service is that good.

Two rocket horns, a gooseneck stem, working on s 1951 Rollfast frame and parts purchase and getting a ladies 60s 26" Huffy project as well. Looking for a seat, tank for my next Rolly and will get another crossbraced handlebar for it as well as grips.

Sending these back. Can't recommend SportCrafters.

The bearings on one of the drum is not pressed correctly causing the drum to sit too far to the side. Because of this the end cap retention screw hits the frame and will not spin. The end cap retention screw is also cross threaded on that drum and there is debris rattling around inside the drum.

Warranty or not, for $400 the thing should at least work out of the box. There is a fundamental problem when brand new rollers don't spin so back they go for a refund.

The drum on the right has the bearing installed correctly.

Cross threaded screw...
