Has anyone any experience with these derailluer hanger extensions? Tail hook things to extend your cassette capacity. I refitted Contador last night and all I have are 32-11 cassettes. The red short cage won't do more than 30-11. So I ordered one. But now am getting cold feet about it use.

I bought that really light purple lightweight core jersey and ended up sending it back. It was just too see-through.
Tried to take advantage of the downsize as well, turns out the mediums, while fine in the waist, are WAY too small in the chest and shoulders for me. Guess I need to lay off the roids.

I'm sure that you're more beefy than me, but the Pro Team Training line does stretch a heck of a lot more than the Core line, so you might want to check that out sometime.

Another hot one on tap. Means I have to give up watching the Giro in order to get my own ride in.

Pulled one shot, but didn't drink it. It was a little fast, but not far off - fine tuning in the morning shouldn't be an issue. After blipping open the steam wand, I just had to give it a spin, too. Holy guacamole - waaaaay more steam power than I'm used to, but it's nicely adjustable and produced great microfoam.
I might have to wake up early tomorrow, which reminds of the ol', "some people drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee."

The jersey from the selfie the other day is a medium. It is a bit see-through, and I did wear it with a base layer somewhat for that reason, but I think that, like wearing Spandex in general, I'm over that concern/self-consciousness. Eh - we'll see.

I imagine that a chain lubed with vaseline would probably be a dirt magnet.

They had a strange corporate culture. Someone described it as "aggressive self-pity".

I have a Service Manual from Elgin National Watch Company, from 1950. It describes how to lubricate a watch you've just properly cleaned. All the wheel pivots, you're to oil with Elgin's M56b, which is actually a pretty amazing oil, one of the first synthetic oils, and hasn't really ever been bested. All the parts that don't need an oil, but rather a grease? Vaseline.

The company I used to work for, until it got acquired by the company I work for now, one time gave out buttons to the employees that read, "The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves".
They had a strange corporate culture. Someone described it as "aggressive self-pity".

"We don't care how talented you are or what you've done, if you don't want to play it our way there's always another warm body to take your place". Nice to know I'm appreciated. I found another crappy job and got out of there.
