I was thinking about this bike tonight while messing with disk brake calipers for my Niner build.
It's amazing how quickly this fixed gear bike went together compared to a geared Di2 bike with disk brakes which will literally take weeks to get to the state of the bike above.

No kidding. There's just so little to put together. The slowest part was the stupid brake cable inside the handlebar, even the bar tape was faster. It helped that the headset was already installed, and the BB shell was already chased and faced. The external bearing cups make the cranks and BB fast, too. I have an appointment with my LBS tomorrow (Well, Wednesday) to take measurements and cut down the steer tube and seat mast, then it'll be "done"
The bike is super nice. I hope the ride is everything you want it to be.

With the right setup, yeah. As it sits now it's fun to zip around on for short distances, but anything more than an hour of saddle time gets uncomfortable. I'm thinking I might throw together an alternate cockpit with some hoods that I can switch to for road rides on it.
