I have been riding in the late afternoons, so 88 is not a problem for me. In fact, I rode yesterday with temps over 90. 106, however is right out.
At the.moment I am out on the patio, where it's about 96 or so, with a glass of ice tea. NOT sweetened, because ew.

Next project time now that the Domane is done.
Going to put the 105 drive train (50/34 and 11-34) on the Sirrus 4.0. Have flat bar shifters coming. Tektro brakes will remain for the time being, but may change to 105 brakes if I can find levers. Currently have 38mm gravel tires, but also have 28mm street tires. Already have carbon seatpost, and will get carbon flat bars.
Any thoughts on relatively inexpensive things to make it more cooler? Carbon wheels are not in the budget right now. Silver/black color scheme, but would like to add some pop.

Current bar is flat, and I don’t need a rise. Already a pretty high head tube.

Prepping for a CT scan of my lower half. I can have a light breakfast but not sure what would be best. Creamy like yogurt? Oatmeal? Grits? Scan at 11:30.
Cycling content: Going to do a short ride this afternoon.

R&R Red - much cleaner than Gold, not nearly as long lasting, and noisy
White Lightning Clean Ride - I do like this one and I currently use it on my fixed gear. Quiet and reasonably long lasting, but it's so thin in the bottle that it has a tendency to get everywhere on application. Also have seen it give a waxy buildup eventually
Muc-Off Dry - great for dry conditions, but just falls apart in the wet
Dumonde Tech Lite - started using this on my MTB since it's what I had near me at the shop. It's quiet, stays clean, and seems to last a while. Might eventually try it on other bikes, especially the fixed gear.

I have the 11 speed XT on the mtb and it shifts great. I don't know if it will work with a 105 set-up but I don't see why not. Do they make 105 brake levers in that style?
