Live band just started across the street, about 75 feet from where I am sitting. It's so loud it's ridiculous. I don't know how to describe it but the vocals are in Spanish.
I'm sure people blocks away are hearing it. I'm also sure the people at that house cannot communicate while the band is playing.

After going through what I have, BPPV came along when I felt pretty well fix. Doctor diagnosis resulted in her then referring me to a physio practice, and I did the sit, then-lie-back exercise with the head turned and held in one direction.
Did wonders for me.
And the cause was the transfer of the crystals into the loop that forms part of the ear structure and has an effect on balance. The exercise moves the crystals back out of the loop.
My issue was the result of the workplace accident I had, but it also can be a part of growing older. I have had the treatment four or five times now, and it does work effectively, allowing me to go back to bending over/looking down and working in the garden or on bicycles without getting that odd feeling of being off balance.

A cold night. I find myself in the sleeping bag this morning. Freaky weather. I'm jammed up in the woodshop yet again(deadline Tuesday) and will be back on the bike, for some longer, wintertime rides thereafter.

Mine lost its reflector again, so I have to replace that before I ride it next. I don't know why they don't just paint it on.
