Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Went on what felt like my first "real" ride in about six weeks. It felt so great to climb a bit but again my knee is still acting up.

Before the ride I raised my saddle and did not have much pain climbing Paris Mt. I raised it again after descending and noticed even less strain on my knee after the second adjustment. Then again, it wasn't exactly the hardest route back home. Pain seems to present itself after repeated high degree knee flexions, whether on the bike or climbing lots of stairs. I'm wondering if going to shorter cranks from the 175 I currently run would help.

I thought i was gonna go on a ride this afternoon, but instead I'm having an ice cold Colorado Koolaid and bringing home some hot wings to eat while watching baseball.

Within city limits I imagine you'd need them hooked up. OTG living is often only legal outside of cities in the western US. So you'd have to get some work done before you move in.

Not sure what it's like over there in the Midwest, they may have some county and even state-level laws preventing OTG lifestyle.

What cranks do you have on that? I need 175, I have a set of 105 172.5. Left arm is brand new.

I would not have thought a "kool-aid" tag would go on the full version.

And then I find a real live stream and not only is the score different but the uniforms are too. This one appears to be Australian, judging by the ads.

You're looking for Orange Astros and pinstriped whites on the Phillies. Nil to nil in the bottom of the 4th.
