Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

ya if you read that article about bike theft and gps devices bla bla bla it was in outside magazine that a lot of people were complaining about getting for no reason lol, the guy said for most states anything over a thousand is a felony but most states dont follow through with it, bla bla bla, but i think he said bike theft is estimated into the millions, so i dont see why the fbi wouldnt want to look into that more. maybe the just see the bike world as not being important.
side note the skewers are different, but thats not exactly a hard thing to swap out.

If this thread isn't shenanigans I can't imagine how this could be a coincidence. What's the coincidence that two Kestrel bikes get stolen from one person, and then the same two models, colors, etc, get listed on ebay from the same user? And that those would be the only two bikes that ebay user has listed?

If the OPs friend doesn't not get his bikes back, either he did not care enough or the world fails.
