The hair "down there" and saddle soreness...

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I thought that all male and female pro cyclists trim or shave. I can't imagine riding otherwise.

Less hair = less problems, IME. YMMV.

Def not a pro; amateur enthusiast only, but those high-mileage rides do separate the kids from the adults.

Suede creams prevent irritation or discomfort from rubbing against the saddle

Another fan of the Wahl closest attachment. Bag Balm anytime there's any issue at all or simply because. Hard to clean off? My washer's delicates cycle does just fine. It comes off me a lot easier than my sunscreen and that area get special attention anyway so I never notice or think about it.

This thread definitely relates to immersive waxing.

The other thread (on bike chain lubrication) relates more to immersion waxing.

Kinda cool that somebody resurrected this three year-old thread.
I thought about creating my own post, without searching.
My recent irritation bout got resolved with simple body lotion around the crotch area.
And a fair amount of clipping. Also important to thoroughly wet wipe around the anus, after a number two.

They should be forced to ride a century with a bad case of stubble or razor burn.

This definitely ranks as the worst idea anyone has given to LarrySellerz since I joined BF in late 2020.
