Breezer Doppler Team (2018 edition) - pretty versatile ride, especially with different tires - I've got 40c
Ha, looks like the only pic of it I have on this computer was the screengrab of the for sale ad. Feel free to tell me I overpaid, but I really needed a new bike last October
Teravail Cannonballs to complement the big, smooth 47c tires they come with.

Thank you! That was right after the test ride. I didn't have the brake cable tighten enough and that's why the cable is so close to the wheel. I also have to move the levers up on the bars a bit and rotate the bars down a bit too.

It is a 1993 Performance M103 made by KHS out of True Temper OX Ultra 2 for Performance bike. The only difference between this and the Montana Pro is the location of the cable stops.

I had a touring bike from 1990 made for an touring g company called Backwoods that was manufactured by Fuji. it was identical to Fuji's Saratoga touring frame, except for the downtube cable stops.
After a powdercoat, I slapped a Fuji decal in the front.

At one point they were all the same.
I worded the previous post wrong. I should they were all mass produced by the same company and rebranded at certain points.

Mercier Kilo TT
Fuji Flite 100
https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/mercier/kilott.htm
https://khsbicycles.com/bikes/2018-k.../flite-100-18/
Without even looking at geometry, that these are not the same frames is obvious, so what am I missing?

There were some fixie frames from Fuji, Mercier, and someone else that all used the same
Fuji's touring bike and BD's Windsor Tourist were the same for years too. For at least a couple years, Nashbar's touring frame was also the same frame as those bikes.
This is all 5-15 years ago though.

There is more than one version of the Mercier Kilo TT too as some had bottle bosses and others didnt.

Crazy thought, maybe KHS produced more than one design of the Flite 100 thru the years? The gold KHS has the same chainstay crimp, same seatstay rack bosses, etc as the orange Mercier.

Edit: Also the same fork and aero downtube.

Again, I would not take that to be true based on the Velospace discussion you linked to, and I would not take it to be true just because you think it is. You know, “trust but verify.”
For example, using the Web Archive Wayback Machine, I went back to 2016 and looked at the specs for both the Flite 100 and the Kilo TT. While the superficial commonalities you note are there, the geometries are different, evidenced by the Flite100 having a 275mm BB height, while the KTT has a taller 282mm of BB height.

So, while you said they were the same, which they aren’t, and also said they were at some point, that wasn’t true in ‘16 either. When was it true? Was it ever true? I’m not saying it wasn’t ever true, only that some of the statements made in the discussion were incorrect.

The people that are clarifying it for you are apparently vastly more knowledgeable on these bikes. You can chose to argue it all you want but it will not make you right.
You are correct that some statements were wrong but those were corrected.
The point of the matter is that yes, they were all three, the Fuji and the Kilo and the Flite we're all rebranded frames from the same manufacturer.
All three frames had had variations throughout there life. All three were the same frame with different branding at different times.
I did not intend to derail this thread with my comments. Can we get back to the Gravel/cross bikes please?

You have multiple people telling you that you are wrong. Those people are not only telly you why you are wrong but also showing you why you are wrong.

Sure my dude. Don't take my word for it though. Head over to single speed and fixed gear and let the others who have been riding these bike for the past 2 decades correct you.
Maybe that's too much work for you though just to find out we are right and you are wrong.

What is appalling is your inability to admit that you are wrong.
It's ok to be wrong though, that means you just learned something.
Refusing to accept new information because it contradicts your previous belief is stunted at best. Good luck. Natural selection can be rough.
