105. I didn’t know trim was a thing when I got the bike. And it was rubbing bad. So I attacked it with park tool videos and did my best to fix it. It wasn’t until whyfi mentioned the trim that I realized I was a dumb ass. It probably came from CC dialed in and I messed it up.

I only hit 866 as of this morning... but that’s still a monthly record for me. And 2500 for the year, which also handily beats past year with plenty to go.

Really, is that all? I haven't studied the situation but that shallow depth tells me the bay is more an extension of all the rivers and streams than it is an incursion of the ocean.

I'm tapering for the last TT of the season on Thurs. Then I'll goof around until the 12th, take two weeks off to go cruising, and come back in off-season mode. I just wish I felt better about going into a gym to do some real squats, etc.

It's an interesting story. First an asteroid hits, forming the basin of the lower Bay. That diverts a bunch of rivers in its direction. Then the Susquehanna erodes a canyon toward it and rising sea levels at the end of the last Ice Age cause the whole thing to flood.

There are plenty of "serious" cyclists who are clueless about trim. I suppose if the FUTURE is electronic shifting it does auto-trim so being able to trim a FD will go on the trash heap of skills along with driving a stick shift and adjusting the vertical/horizontal hold on a television.

There is a pocket of enthusiasts that swear that gaming on a CRT is way, way better than on current monitors. I'd be kind of curious to try it out, but the prices have been driven up on the desirable widescreens and desk space would be problematic - they're so damn deep.
