Yeah....toe clips and straps are gonna Suck for 100 miles.........but I'm hoping/thinking it will be worth the trouble..........especially to get a photo with Andy with our Slurpie bikes!

I think I'll just get no name parts to get the bike to pass regulation and then after the race upgrade it

I think I got all I need except shoes for the toe clips. Not sure what to do about a frame pump...go old school or carry a modern one?
Not sure I gonna change the modern 25's tires either.

Your friend got a web site with parts?? Always looking for a Eddy Merckx Cinelli stem

What I need is a pair of cheap shoes that will not kill my feet!
Heck, I'd pony up for a pair of Eddy Merxck Podio cycling shoes if I could find a size 47!
Wouldn't that be a trip to show up in 7-Eleven slurpie kit with Eddy shoes!
