Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Making the bike as vertical as possible and snug against the curb like that, it should stay up just fine.
You might also just try propping it up against the other side of the mailbox, and taking the picture from a kneeling or squatting position, so that you're looking at it straight instead of down on it. Also, either crop the picture or get closer so it fills the frame.
Thank you sir, I will definitely repost with another following what you said if the sun shines tomorrow!

Overcast can actually be better, without all the sharp shadows. Not that it would necessarily look bad in sunshine, but overcast provides much more even lighting (as long as it's not super gray and dark).

Cheers!

I am going to have to give this one a not. Sorry. However if this was a budget build that came with a ridiculously low final cost, then that may change it to the middle ground.

Tell me how I can make her hot / hotter.

I am sure it's a nice bike. Hot worthy? We will never know because you can't make anything out in the pictures

What does budget have to do with the appearance of the bike though? Whether it is a $500 or $12,000 budget, that has nothing to do with the overall appeal. I have seen plenty of cheap budget bikes looks smoking hot and just as many very expensive builds look horrible based on set up.

The Spooky isn't getting much love. I'm not sure I can help that...but I'll say that it does have a few nice parts on it.

Yes!

As for the Spooky, aside from the crankset and stem, I rather like it: hot-ish. It's certainly distinctive.

Gold--- green--- anodized red--- brushed grey---- polished silver---- flat black--- gloss black--- Gloss grey

it definitely has that "high end parts bin" style nailed. Quality throughout, without the pretentious matchy-matchy flair.

Yeah I get what you're saying, but I guess it's kind of like when a girl still looks good after rolling out of bed or something. Sure, plenty of made up chicks in fancy clothes might look better, but if a girl can still look good without all the effort it kind of bumps her up a few notches. Naw mean?

lol, sure I know what you mean, but we aren't discussing if a girl just got out of bed and looks ok. We are sending an invitation to all women of shapes and sizes to dress their best and stand in judgement as if the king of Nottingham himself was coming to pick his bride. The girls who get out of bed with bed hair, eye liner uneven and pillow creases on their face get a Not, just like a bike that has mismatched parts, staged with laziness and bad lighting.

True, true, you've got a point. But I've got low standards in women, man. I'll ogle anything in a skirt. haha

Man I love this thread. I need to come back here more often. I think I'd get more hots with a slammed stem and black tires. I've done well in the past with that bike when I had deep wheels and white walls. Oh well! Some great looking bikes in here!
