Apparently they all already knew how to ramp back up from the winter. Some of us have never experienced that before.

- Should I rotate the cable housings 180° to put the weathered side in?
- Do serious cyclists pull the mask up, or down, for the quick snot rocket?

Replace air: but my tires now have a higher concentration of nitrogen, which means they'll lose pressure more slowly. I was kind of looking forward to that. I don't know if I want to give that up, or have slightly lighter air by replacing it. I think that needs a serious pro-con discussion.

did you lube the floor pump? wipe the grease off the pedro's headset wrench? stock up on 20 g CO2 cartridges? have the dishing tool re-calibrated? send the yakima racks out for a powder coat? stock up on sterile gauze and white tape?

Two questions:
- Should I rotate the cable housings 180° to put the weathered side in?
- Do serious cyclists pull the mask up, or down, for the quick snot rocket?

Kind of hard to get ready for spring when it is 31 below zero like it was last night. Really cold in the garage, and with the rolling blackouts because of lack of power, it is dark in there too!!!!!!!

It's cold here to, 43° in Georgia this morning. When it warms up, if the sun is out, I'll be able to get to the bike maintenance safely. That unrotated shift cable is gnawing at me, and I really don't want to go out in the weather to check it but I'll have to if this keeps up.
