Hence my hesitation to mount them in the winter. But after 2 months of practically no rain, the roads are all dry, dry, dry, so I'm a lot less worried about punctures.

I was offered a free month of Amazon Prime. I accepted and just finished watching season one episode one of Mr. Robot. I will watch it until my sub runs out. Having watched the whole thing before, I hope to be able to see the dominoes fall into place as it goes along.

One of those patched tubes flatted yesterday. I put the spare in and rode home without remembering to feel inside the tire. So this morning before my ride I took the wheel off, took the tube out and checked; then went for a ride. Got home, hung the bike up, and as I was taking off my gloves, heard the hiss of the rear tire flatting. I might want to check that tire a little more carefully this time.
