What's the "big tent" approach to C & V for someone who isn't rule bound?

Superissimo possibly, but you would most likely know a lot better than I. As I said, I can't find one identifying number or name; all I can come up with is Brain Custom on the seat tube. Pink? Yes, but my addition, as an homage to the Maglia Rosa. Had that done along with the makeover in '17 with the 11-spd. Chorus & the Zondas.

And I will be the first to post an obscure American-made brand called Cannondale:

Ok, Ok, I'm probably not even the first to post four Cannonades. But, hey, Made in the Good Ol' USA. Not like those common-as-dirt Centurions.

Beautiful bikes, all!

I'll share another boring '79/80 Colnago Super. Just this morning gave it's maiden ride for the year 2019. I ride it sparingly which makes it extra special treat. Well balanced and lovely spirited ride.

Campagnolo N.Record shift group with some DIY drillium and lightweight hardware. Campy brakes, pista pedals, Cinelli ally toe clip. Zeus 2000 crankset, bottom bracket, headset, freewheel. Drilled Regina chain. Cinelli criterium VIP cockpit (full leather wrap plus hoods). Brooks Swallow. Vintage Vitto's tubulars. 21.2 lbs

It goes like this: every fortnight I'll start a new thread with a new letter in alphabetical order. Post your bikes that correspond to that letter, eg; C = Cinelli, Carlton, Ciocc. M = Mercian, Masi, Motobecane. And so on and so forth. The letter of the fortnight should correspond with the marque, not the model. For example; you could post your Tommasini Prestige in the T thread, but not in the P thread. If you're not sure, take a look at the word on your downtube. There's a grey area with people's names - Bruce Gordon, Claud Butler, etc., but I'll leave it up to the owners which thread is preferred. Make sense?

So let's see your Chesinis, Claud Butlers and Calzones...yep, you heard me.
I hope the "fortnight" for "Show Us Your Bikes Starting With C" is still active...
I posted a photo of my '85 Centurion Le Mans and noticed that there was an abundance of Centurion owners contributing their pics.
Just thought some might like to see the brochure given to me by the dealer upon purchase of my bike then... bicycle shopping 1985 style!
I lovingly preserved it in a desk drawer.
Great site this is. I enjoy it a lot.!

Great stuff! Thanks for posting. Make sure you see the Sticky Ironman Information Thread at the top of the C & V forum too! Lots of information there for Centurion owners.

Here's my '89 Summertime Blues Ironman. One of four we've ever seen. Only the frame, and pedals are original.

I seem to have missed the initial fortnight, but I guess 'C' is one that could stay active for a while.

This one is actually stripped down to the bare frame and hanging in my garage right now. The 650B conversion didn't seem to suit this bike. The rest of the components are making their way on to another 'C' bike that I'll post here when I get it finished.

Colnago something?

Colnago 1980's, 1990's? Hanging due to damaged rim, waiting on repair.
