I have a couple of scotch ales I brewed w/ my uncle sitting in the fridge. I'm hoping they get a little better as they age, so I'm holding off on drinking them. I'm excited about x-mas, between the scotch and porter we brewed together and the stuff he's brewed since it should be a great tasting experience.

We really brewed them for christmas, but thanksgiving was the first time I saw him since we bottled them, so I wanted to try them. The porter is awesome already, I'm not sure it can get very much better, but if it does that would be awesome.

He has asked to be allowed into the racing forum.
yes, it will be 40 years ago soon. Heavyweight, I was as high as 250 and had to wrestle guys 280-300.

Here. 145#
I also ran cross country to get into shape for it in the fall. I do believe now that cutting weight for wrestling set me up for eating habits that would contribute to my fat-assness today. I wouldn't eat or drink a single thing for 30 hours before a match to make weight and right after weigh in I'd take in about 1500 calories and hope that the matches before mine would go the full 3 periods so I could digest some. The gorging ability has carried over for almost 30 years.
But I digress, why do you ask?

luckily my weight class is open most likely cuz the kid that beat me right now is 159 and hes going for 152 and hes been trying to get down there from 160 for the past three weeks. it didn't help that me legs literally couldnt support my weight. i lost 2-0 he got a reversal, and proseded to then lay on me and i couldnt do anything. o well theres next week.

If you're not trying to go to a lower weight class, you should eat as much as you can and stay at the top of the one your in. You won't feel quite as run down.
