Do you wish to buy to ride, or buy to restore and collect (ask about N+1)?
If you are wanting to tinker with older bikes then getting a fixer upper Schwinn should be pretty cheap (under $100).
If you are wanting ready to ride, there is a bunch of better options at $200 I would think.
