Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Do you get a yearly increase for inflation, maybe $4.05 or $4.10?

I logged in, just now, on my recently updated chromebook, and found myself in C&V on 4/26/07.

I wish! Mrs. LAJ was kind enough to do my laundry a while back, and found my roll..... She said if you can see clear to have $6.00 all at once, there's no need for a raise. My fault for not checking my pockets.

That second one is particularly timely, being about rumors spreading easily and creating a druglike urge for more.

First outdoor ride since November 1. It was chilly - 45 at home, but 41 degrees riding along the bottom of the the canyon. But satisfying!

I have done several Zwift sessions, but while they're good for the legs and cardiovascular system, they don't work as well for the soul.

Your conference doesn't count if you're playing games at 9 am on Sunday. Even the KSU Owls don't do that, probably.

Things are less likely to catch fire in the rain. Except metallic Sodium, of course.
