Vintage Peugeot Bike - $100

Seller states it's an AO8, but with the half chromed fork and the black headtube lugs, is it possibly a P-series of some sort? Either way, $100 is pretty decent.

I think the derailleur wrapped around the cassette and bent the dropout inward. That said, both dropouts look bent. I would inspect it carefully and make an offer (or not) appropriately. Both dropouts can be straightened without damaging the frame.

Are you thinking those horizontal dropouts look a little too vertical?

Oh, yeah. Check out the seat stay/dropout junction. Definitely something unhappy going on there....

Really interesting looking bike for a reasonable price. Wouldn't think it's 1963.
Too small for me and the bike budget is blown.

Vintage Italian road bike | road | London | Kijiji

1963 Ideor Asso road bike. 8 speed close ratio Campagnolo groupo, Mavic wheels new Conti 18mm rubber. I'm not certain of the size in cm, but I would say it's a medium sized bike that fits somebody up to 6 foot tall. Columbus tubing and amazing lug work. Very obscure Italian race bike.
$400.

I have a 1987 blue "Criterium Series" 3.0 Cannondale bike for sale with Shimano 105. The frame is in great shape. I've seen some of these restored and they look very good.

LINK TO 56cm Konno Allez for sale in Northern California, Merced plus extra pics the seller sent me. Please verify validity of this bike on your own before purchasing, as in the matters of lust and impulse, this is a purchase in caveat emptor.

Thanks for the extra pics, hard to say, it sure looks like a Konno built one but other examples I've seen have finer point lugs and are older models.

Howzabout just buying a true 3Rensho? This one in Salem, OR is priced on the low side...

That looks bad / wrong but to me a guess is the dropouts were intended for a smaller size. The angle the stays intersect is steeper than the intended angle for the tabs of the dropouts

I think that is a normal dropout for an early 90s RB-1.

Here's a close-up from a 1993 RB-1:

I'm pretty sure the advertised RB-1 is also a 93 model. Can't be sure from the photo angle, but it looks like it has the Ritchey bi-plane fork on it.

Interesting 50 cm viscount aerospace. Fillet braised claimed (hard to tell in the photos). But definitely a period appropriate brooks and huge TA crank/chainrings.

[h=2]Basso Loto Road Bike - $625 [/h]

Basso Loto 52" 10 speed road bike in excellent condition. My wife purchased this bike in 2003 to ride with me but found that this style bike (road, not upright) did not work well for her. She has since purchased a cruiser and has decided it's time to let this bike go. It has Campagnolo Daytona components and less than 500 miles on the bike. It's a clean bike in very good shape that comes with shoes/clips & pedals. The wheels are in great condition. It's the perfect bike for someone looking to put on some miles on the road or someone who is planning to do a longer charity or century ride. Let me know if you have any questions. Price is $625 or best reasonable offer.

[h=2]Gorgeous lightweight roadbike - $700 (Somerville) [/h]

I fell so in love with this handmade Italian Basso racing bike, I tried EVERYthing to see if I could get it to fit me right. Alas, I'm simply too small for the bike. Perhaps you'll fit it better!

It's columbus lugged steel hand welded in Italy - near mint condition - from the 80's. It's got top of the line parts - I can't find the full list of them now but will update later. I put aftermarket break levers on the top of the handlebar for better visibility with city riding. I also added aftermarket fenders, cuz who wants to be all sloshy wet! Rides smooth like butter.

If you're interested in the bike, give me a shout. I'd love for it to find a new home. You've got to be taller than 5'3", though.

Not sure about the price, but this bike is beautiful. Just a bit too big for me.

Schwinn Volare '77

For sale is a beautiful 1977 schwinn volare in bright orange with full chrome underneath. First generation Shimano Dura Ace. High flange hubs. Highly collectible only made for 2 years. Price is pretty firm. Chances are you will not find another one.

This is a beauty and the price is bang on, even if neither the frame nor the components are anything extraordinary (somehow the sum exceeds the parts):

Very cool bike, but he's going to have to find the exactly right buyer to get his price.
