My bike at the new bridge over the Trinity River
Another pic of the ride. Not my bike, but I love this picture of the river in the rain.
It looks idyllic, but on the right across the river is Colonial Country Club, on the left behind the trees is a huge rail yard.

Machka, sounds like a great trip - My first overseas trip was to Rhineland when I was 8 years old.

Not nearly as stunning as all these other pics but my humble MTB in Salford Quays near the new HQ of the BBC at Media City UK:

Man! I love that Celeste Bianchi! My all-time favorite bike color! I had one (an SBX Celeste Bianchi w/ chrome fork/chrome stays) back in the mid '90s. Had to sell it after a yr of riding it b/c the top tube was just too short for me. I'm probably in the minority on this but the look of today's modern bikes cannot touch the look of a hot steel racing bike w/ chrome fork & chrome stays

My favorite spot along the Southern California coast..PCH and the Pt. Mugu Rock.
NOTE: I took the pictures after riding up and down PCH.
