You don't have any tough multi-day stage races or omniums on the schedule, and you say your legs feel dead, so why keep flogging them daily. I would suggest the following:

Saturday: DU Criterium
Sunday: Short z1/z2 ride
Monday: off
Tuesday: training class, get some intensity
Wednesday: longer z1/z2 ride with a few bursts if you feel like it, but don't overdo it
Thursday: short z1/z2 ride with 3-4 full out leg openers
Friday: off
Saturday: Louisville crit
Sunday: Groove crit

Get some long rides in the following week in preparation for the road race.

Thanks for the tip!

I was a wrong on this weekend however - DU crit is Sunday, so will do my team base ride on Saturday to keep the legs fresh, and keep some aerobic base up. But will not try to hammer it save for perhaps 1 - 2 30 second sprints.

I am a little afraid of this course to be honest. I am guessing they are going to pull riders, otherwise, the stragglers in each group are going to get in the way of the lead riders in the next race. Given the dirt sections in the course, you cannot have people barely hanging on blocking the lines for the lead riders in the next race.
