I will check the diameter and inner fork tube when I get it back from the painter in a few weeks. I am pretty sure it's a 1995 Peugeot professionnelle type, it's the only year all their models had that specific seatpost clampbolt. Catalogue can be found by Google labibleduvélo (can't share URL yet). Tons of catalogues of different brands can be found there, also Peugeot 1995 brochure. The Mavic replicas on the Peugeot car are definitely also Peugeot frames of 1995... Check it out 😉

Neutral Support Bikes From The 70's

I don't recall seeing any Neutral Support until the 80's

Here's Fignon in 1982 after his Campy Ti BB spindle broke. Mavic Neutral Support ran up to him with a replacement bike but he was still on the ground and was in no condition to continue riding.



This is a well used Shimano equipped Raleigh SBDU built bike provided by Shimano's "Service des Courses" Neutral Support in the mid 80's




I've never seen any information on how riders have performed after they got on Neutral Support bikes?
