My kayaking photos aren't as good as my hiking and backpacking ones.

I'm into self-propelled long distance sports.
Bicycle touring... not enough riding around town. Bicycle fitness? I suck, big time. Love slow, methodical touring.
Canoe tripping... 195 kms. this summer.
Back packing... goals for next year.
Long distance walking...2010 I walked 1000 kms from Seville to Santiago, Spain.

Walking/Hiking is something I like to do when it isn't too hot out. Tons of great parks, lakers and other area's without 2 hours of DFW. I have some free weights laying around I use every now and then and P90X (I love the kempo X routine for a quickie workout). Eliptical machine, but I'm running out of X files episodes to watch while using that so I'll probably nix that pretty soon.
I think biking & hiking are my 2 favorites, done more for enjoyment anymore then exercise, which is what they started out as.

I've been trying to make myself a swimmer, but I struggle with getting my stroke and breath in synch. I'm thinking of treating myself to a few coaching sessions as the weather turns here.
I also do pilates (mat and reformer) and/or yoga a couple of times a week. The value of the core work is evident in many ways, and "long muscles are strong muscles".

Crossfit 5 days a week and weightlifting, plus swimming, rowing(machine) and some running for pure cardio. Lost the yoga instructor at the club I go to, but I'd be doing that too if I could find another good instructor.

I climb the one double flight of stairs into the office in the morning and after lunch, and the 2 flights of stairs in my townhouse to get to the bedroom.
Actually I usually do the home flight of stairs a few times, since the kitchen is in the middle level and the computer is upstairs.

A bit of hiking, occassional climbing, plenty of indoor cycling and stretching, occassional core work and would like to bet into paddling (waka ama, va'a, outrigger) for the upper body aspect. But, most of all, I get my cross training in by chasing Mrs. Fred ;-)

The most popular route is the "Camino Frances" from St. Jean Pied du Port on the French side of the Pyreneese mountains to Santiago.
It is 784 kilometers. It is considered by many to be "The full Camino" Go for it! It is a great journey.
Otherwise, there is no single or full Camino. It is a network of routes from all over Europe that converge on Santiago. As you get farther and farther out of Spain, the network is less established, and has little infrastructure for pilgrims. People stay in small inns and Bed and Breakfast accomodations.

I do a little bit of core strength once or twice a week, mostly push-ups. Over head shoulder presses and curls with 15 pound dumbbells. Also currently training for a 5K at the end of this month, so I've been running.

Walking around the neighborhood a few times in the evenings, its exactly 1 mile around, or if time permits I'll go to one of the local parks and walk the trails there for about an hour (roughly 3 miles around). I walk mostly and bike a few times a week just to break up the monotony of walking. I rode the same trials I walk at the park the other night for almost an hour and figure I got in about 8 miles.
