The bike looks like it wasn't ridden much. The woman I bought it from didn't really give much info, but it sounded like she didn't know anything about it, nor didn't seem interested in learning about it either. However, I'm thinking those non OEM parts I listed were recently stripped from the bike, either by the shop the woman took the bike to, or by the seller herself. The tires are new.

Awesome, thank you!
I'm assuming that some of the other items on my bike were swapped out. The suspects are:
pedals are Atom,
the rims are AVA tubular,
the hubs are Normandy high flange,
possibly original:
the brake hoods are Weinmann
Everything else appears to match (except for the aforementioned seat post and saddle).
I even think the bar tape and ends are possibly original.

Topic drift alert, but here are a few pics of my recently built '73 Raleigh International with Capella lugs. I've made no attempt at original parts (it came to me as a frame set) as I plan on riding this one a lot, so it's mostly Shimano (including 6-speed bar-end indexed shifters). Also, it has a Shimano Dura Ace decal on the down tube, which I believe a shop would put on in the mid 70s when they upgraded the original Campy to Dura Ace.
Seems that Raleigh used these lugs on several models that year as I currently have a SuperCourse, a Competition, and this Int'l with this lug set.

I was lucky to score those rims back in December when Pacenti had a 50% off sale.
