I have tried coffee, but I find I hate coffee. It's an obvious sign when you are using 80 percent French Vanilla creamer and 20 percent coffee.

I do love cream/milk in yerba mate tea with honey. Yum. Yum. Yum.
Anyone here tried making tea out of really good catnip??? I hear it is suppose to relax you and make you sleep.

My thinking exactly... i wouldn't bother with the recovery drink unless going hard for an hour at least.
Saying that, hot chocolate...with real milk is a nice drink(carbs, anti-oxidants) while waiting in the cold.
