TIG weld, re-tap, fixed.

Finding someone who will do the work at reasonable cost may be a bigger issue...

Easier than machining down the dropout to take a replaceable derailleur hanger. See how some of the hanger is relieved and thinner than the rest? On bikes with replaceable hangers, there's usually a cast part of the dropout that matches the relief contour so you get some mechanical support for the hanger, not just the bolt holding it on.
