Mmm, homemade mac & cheese. You know that converts directly to belly fat on an ounce for ounce basis.

I just had a chilie relleno (baked, not deep fried) stuffed with queso fresco and some jalapenos from the garden, plenty of rice and beans, and a Black Butte porter.

I'm at my winter weight but I haven't started dieting, just eating a bit less.

Burritos again for dinner. Mmmm. My batch of salsa is really good this time.

I think I'll have some almonds and raisins while I catch up on some TV.

Weight back up to 162. Pasta last night helped.
This morning I ate a 1/3 pound PB&J before my V02 session.
After was a protein shake and banana.

50' on trainer.... not quite 2.5 hours, but it's the off season!

a few sips of drink, no gels.

breakfast: 1 serve oats, some bluberries, 1/3 banana and some protein. Chix salad later, probably lots of apples too! Maybe eggwhites/veggies too.

Don't forget the purge and binge method: hop on the trainer for two hours of endurance, then go enjoy your extra 1000 calories for dinner. My training partner did this last year -- cycling bulemia -- but he was able to stop no problem when we hit our weight goals. It was pretty funny, but he'd get home and only have a 500 cal budget for dinner. He'd say "screw that" and hop on the trainer. He went from 165 to 151 in five weeks.

I had 4 double-stuffed Halloween Oreos last night. I love them chilled in the fridge. Man, they were good. Real good.

I'm a hard gainer - ectomorph.
Eating clean 95% of the day. Cocaine. I mean, train in the morning helps keep my metabolism going. Stop eating 3hrs before bed. Don't starve myself. I eat every hour, just a couple hundred cals or less. Plus, I'm still carrying around a good bit of muscle. Muscle needs energy.

East curds right now. Low fat.

First meal since Sunday night last night. 135lbs right now (at 5'10). That's the lightest I've been since before I started xc skiing competitively, about 10lbs lighter than I was a month ago. Yikes!

Eating a big ol' breakfast now. Eggs, pancakes, and a bunch of apple pie

here.

I like to make my crust so thin you can see through it. I've found if you let it "rise" in the fridge for a couple days and then return to room temp., it maximizes the pliability and gives it the best tooth.

hungry now.

yep - I'm a baker in general, but king arthur is my favorite flour for a national brand (I grind/source my own grains when ever possible)
