Sorry, it's a brand of bike seats. Prologo and I misspelled it with a q. But it has this upside down capital Q in it's brand logo and I always end up spelling it with a q instead of a g.

This is a clever and simple solution for reducing reach or, conversely, extending reach by rotating the riser bar forward. If the Folding Bikes Subforum had Tips and Hints thread, this would be a perfect addition.
