Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I just wanted to add a comment and pretend I know what's going on here. Ironically, I've only had one very small problem on this forum and it was with 1 person in particular, of whom I've not seen another post from...or maybe I just don't notice. So I dunno...good to have opinions, but also good to be able to accept that others also have opinions.

Now will someone buy me an Orbea Orca? I'll even allow you to give it to me for free...for my amazing....personality. Hehe.

The real political/CV19/non bike related/whatever is not supposed to be discussed in a bike forum, but is anyway question is:

Why hasn't the US government gone old school and made the Schoolhouse Rock classic "Elbow Room" the official song/slogan for social distancing? We can only wonder.

I'm a little surprised he hasn't posted again. Usually when people make a point of saying that they are leaving, they don't keep their word.

I'm glad this one is staying away.

I grew up with them between Saturday morning cartoons. Years ago I bought the box set. Still cool to.watch them from time to time.

Look up the story behind the circumstances that resulted in the first one: Three is a Magic Number. Very interesting and involves Chuck Jones, the famous Warner Brothers director. I saw him speak and draw in ‘95. Amazing presentation.

I think that we are days apart in age. I'm a double nickel St. Patrick's Day baby. We probably watched the same stuff growing up. I also have the box set so my kids could watch them as well. I'll be honest, I can't accept the remake of the Wild, Wild West. Just can't do it. My wife is currently watching the Marvel superhero movies in chronological order. I'm like, "Who cares? When are they going to make Hong Kong Phooey and Brown Hornet movies?"
