Really wish I could see the look on the face of someone from WADA, USADA, or the UCI after reading that response to the question.

Typically my long training ride (40 to 75 miles) is early on a Saturday morning to do an extended loop from home to work at my convenience for a few hours; my usual straight shot is 14 miles.
At the end of the ride, I have a fat free chocolate milk, usually read and post to BF, get a brief nap, and then work uninterrupted for a few hours. I then ride the 14 miles home, and that evening my wife and I go out dining and (social ballroom) dancing. The next morning I wake up particularly early and refreshed, though my legs feel depleted, I and go out and do errands and enjoy Sunday. I try to cycle six days a week, and Sunday is my rest day.
During the Winter, I only ride the 14 miles to and from work, and no chocolate milk.

Drink fluids and eat protein. A pound of bacon is a favorite.

I have a recovery drink: either chocolate milk or a shake of vanilla protein, powdered orange Gatorade (and water). Shower and stretch, then a meal. Then go about my business.
Lots of sleeping after riding going on. Either I don't have time (I guess I don't) or have not thought that I needed to sleep. Not discounting the value of a good nap though.

I have the same problem, about half a mile of 8% followed by a hundred yards or so of 18%, so I can go for a nice easy ride and be feeling good, and then I'm a hot sweaty mess by the time I actually park my bike.
The really good news is that I have a similar climb to get OUT of my house! (one way street)

It's just not flat around here!

Hot tub. Sometimes chocolate milk while the tub heats, but always hot tub. I know ice bath = more better, but I hate cold water.
Finished a nice 65 today, followed by hot tub 😌, then took my son to mountain bike our land ( I sat in the car) came home to remove ticks from him, then made enchiladas and had a margarita. I'm watching thunder all now, but I'm not sure how much detail you need.

But srsly:
Whey shake
quick shower
stretch, or stretch and foam roll
actual meal
then, go about my day.
If it was an easier ride/workout, I'd likely skip the protein shake.
