At the time it was one of the best touring bikes on the market - 40 spoke rear wheel; 15 speed (including granny gear); center pull cantilever brakes; Suntour Mountech components; Avocet leather touring saddle; rear rack w 2 water bottle cages; fenders.
It has barely been ridden since a couple of road trips in the 80s - hanging in my garage since.
Still makes for an awesome touring bike. Would be a great commuter bike. Or could be a decent road bike for the weekend rider.
Large-ish frame (not sure of exact size) - recommend 6 foot rider and above.
Moving and have too many bikes. Selling for an excellent price....individual components can be sold for more!!

I bought this for 250 originally. The wheels are good quality, a little thicker than typical road bikes and with grooves for traction. Chrome-molybdum frame, Suntour derailleurs with stem lever index shifters. Dia-Compe center pull brakes. Bikes well, I'm moving so this guy has to go.
The flying pig duct tape can be removed (but you shouldn't remove it because it's flying pig duct tape).
