Tom,

If it isnt too late put me in at 385 ..i didnt weight myself 3 months ago when i started hard so i dont know where i was but needless to say it was alot more... i'm guessing 415+ ..lost inches, things fit better and people are noticing.

i hope i dont lapse!!! Ideal weight for me would be 240-250 ..no string bean! a good football weight! lol

Great job! When we get to weigh in day, you'll have good numbers for us!

ChunkyD, I'll happily add you with the current weight as tour initial baseline!

Tom, can you add me in to your DB. What dating do you need for weight. I have them in my spreadsheet. Also, do you need some help with any of this stuff??? You seem to be the depository of a lot of stuff. If you are getting over loaded, I'd be more than happy to maintain a DB for one of these list.

I'll happily add you. The DB Started in October if you want to go back to the beginning. What I need is a baseline weight and we have the official weighin at the end of each month for a report. I went with a monthly to both avoid weigher's overexposure and frustration. That way the loss is more apparent. Too much obsession with weekly can get discouraging.

Thanks for the offer! I actually have it down to a pretty simple formula and fairly automated. When I go touring this summer, I'll take you up on it, thanks! Same procedure as the Spinner DB, but monthly instead of weekly. I post a reminder on this thread and take weights either on the thread, or by PM or email. I also publish the results in the Clyde and Athena blog posted several places here in the thread....actually, I believe you've seen it, where the motivation article is.

256 today...somebody slap me around with 16 lbs of holiday junk food.

Anyway, I'm starting to get back on track with riding, hiking, walking and eating better.

240# for me this month Tom. I would like to have done a little better but I'm picking up the activity level so it should really show next month.

Mattynacks, Blamp, you both still lost weight, so good job! It's at a healthy and sustainable rate. Loss at a slower rate is better because it's generally from developing saner choices and changing core behaviors. Keep it up!
