My favorite by far is
If Jens Voigt was a country, his principle exports would be Pain, Suffering, and Agony.

No way, this is best: Jens Voigt puts the “laughter” in “Manslaughter.”
It melds his off and on bike personality.

My favorite: If you are a UCI ProTour rider and you Google “Jens Voigt,” the only result you get is “it’s not to late to take up kickball, Fred.”

Jens was a math prodigy in elementary school, putting “Attack!” in every blank space on all his tests. It would be the wrong answer for everybody else, but Jens is able to solve any problem by attacking.
As an engineer, I laughed.

A nice parody of Jan Ullrich. It's been posted here before, but I haven't seen it make an appearance for quite awhile now.

Tour de France Stage 4 / Team Time Trial Spoiler Alert: Jens Voigt is a surprise winner after he repeatedly attacks and eventually drops all of his Saxo Bank teammates including stage 1 winner Fabian Cancellara and the Schleck brothers.
When asked during a post-race interview how he did it, Voigt looked down at his thighs and responded, "I would like to introduce you to my two friends, 'Power' and 'Glory'. Sometimes I like to call them 'Thunder' and 'Lightning'.'
The Tour de France organizers immediately decided that Power, Glory, Thunder, and Lightning could all be considered teammates of Voigt. Because the team time is based on the fifth rider to cross the finishing line, the remaining eight members of the Saxo Bank team were all disqualified for finishing beyond the time limit.

Jens Voigt is so tough that the day after the crash, Cadel Evans announced to the peloton that Europe was now 12" closer to Australia.
Those weren't sparks from Jens bike when it hit the ground, that was Jens generating pyroclastic flow.
Jens did not crash - he attacked the earth.
