Pulling a trailer with SS/FG?

I have a BOB trailer I pull with my Tourist. Use it for heavy commuting, errands, etc. It attaches to a special skewer axle. I had seen that BOB offers a skewer for SS's as well and it caught my attention. So has anyone tried pulling a trailer? Only draw back would be you would need both front and rear brakes.

I guess it wouldn't be any different than carrying a heavy pack or baskets that are loaded?!

I pulled both of my kids to daycare in a Burley trailer 5 days a week, all year long, for at least 6 years total. I would drop them off at daycare, then go on to work. Most of the time I used a FG. Only ever used a front brake....it wasn't a big deal.
