Stiff stem suggestions?

The craptacular ZOOM stem on my new ride flexes like crazy, so i'm looking to to replace it.

Anyone have a suggestion on a quill stem in a 120-130mm length, 73 degrees-ish.
Preferably open-faced and 25.4mm clamp diameter to fit my B123s
I don't think such a stem exists. I could, but rather not, run a quill to threadless adaptor.

I know a bunch of you will suggest a salsa stem, but I'm not to crazy about their looks, or the look of welded stems in general.
